All BYD vehicles purchased from BYD Barbados include a 6 year/ 150,000km  manufacturer’s warranty (whichever comes first), 5 year free service package and an 8 year battery warranty.

Charging time depends on the vehicle’s battery, its current charge level and the type of charger being used. On average, it takes about 6-8 hours to fully charge from about 20%.

Yes. All of our vehicles come with a free home charger*.

Yes. Genuine parts and approved accessories can be purchased or specially ordered through our parts department, subject to availability.

Yes we offer road side service (provided by ACE Battery Express) – their contact number is 233-1650. Any roadside service callouts include a call out fee of $150. This roadside assistance covers flat tyres, or replacement of 12Volt battery.
